 A native of San Antonio, Cliff Dugosh has spoken to thousands of individuals throughout Texas and a number of states in the past twenty eight years. Having done almost 1000 speeches with audiences that have ranged from third graders to corporate executives, Cliff has spoken all over Texas and has also delivered speeches in Chicago, New York, Seattle, Philadelphia, Nashville, San Diego, and numerous other cities.

With a passion for college students, he has spoken to students at Texas A&M University, the University of Texas in Austin, Stanford University, West Point, and the United States Air Force Academy. With a passion for high school students, he has spoken to thousands of teenagers all over Texas.

Cliff has a bachelor’s degree in health education and a master’s degree in adult education from Texas A&M University. Following graduation, Cliff was actively involved in educational affairs throughout San Antonio, having worked at John Marshall High School for almost ten years. Cliff was also very involved with high school students throughout the San Antonio area through church ministry and with Young Life.

From 1999-2006, Cliff served as the assistant director for leadership training and development for Texas A&M’s Memorial Student Center. In this capacity he worked with Texas A&M’s top student leaders.

For the past 24 summers, Cliff has volunteered as a counselor at Dream Street, a camp in southern California for children with life threatening or terminal illnesses. He was honored by San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District as its 2006 Pillar of Caring.

Tomas graduated from UTSA with a teaching degree in 1999.  While teaching, he was hired to travel the state of Texas teaching teachers his passion for motivating his students and strategies to help his students learn. It was during this time that Tomas refined his skills for speaking, which would later become his sweet spot. 

Tomas continued his education with a Masters degree in education administration from Texas A&M University in 2005. After teaching for 11 years, Tomas decided to be a full-time consultant with the same company he had helped for many years, Forde-Ferrier.

In 2009, while still a teacher, Tomas and his wife, Christina, became Realtors. Little did they know about the journey that they were about to begin. Every summer Tomas would pour over MLS and CMA's, only to become his wife's buyers agent.

In 2010, an idea came to light..."what if we made a magazine?", a luxury magazine for real estate. They decided to do a little research at Local Coffee on Sonterra. While sipping coffee and and doing a quick search, they found the website, Luxury Home Magazine. The couple was shocked that this magazine was not already being published in San Antonio! After months of calls, they began the process to purchase the magazine. It took a while, but they were able to begin in May of 2011, launching their first issue in August. Tomas remembers the day the magazine arrived at his home. As he flipped through the pages, he wept. All the crazy hours late nights, and early mornings finally paid off.

In 2021 San Antonio Luxury Home Magazine celebrated 10 years.  During that year, Tomas found time to train for and complete his first Ironman.

Today, Tomas continues advancing his entrepreneur skills by starting another company centered around his speaking and coaching. If you are reading this, Tomas has touched your life in some way. Stay tuned because this is only the beginning. Tomas has so much more to give. 

A Boerne native, Katy Mimari is the founder and CEO of Caden Lane, a DTC lifestyle brand of newborn & children's products. A self-taught entrepreneur, and University of Texas at Austin Graduate with a BS in marketing, Katy started her baby business while she was pregnant with her first child, and grew it to an 8 figure business as a single mom of 3. With rapid growth over 4000% in the last 4 years, Caden Lane ranked #279 in Inc 5000’s fastest growing companies in the US, and have no signs of slowing down. "We've focused on creating really great products - that moms WANT to use, and connecting with our audience," says Mimari. "Adding a child to your family is the biggest moment in a parent's life, and we get to be a little part of that - how amazing is that?!" With a passion for new moms, Katy also created a non-profit called Conceive Fertility Foundation where a percentage of their profits will go to a deserving family struggling with infertility.

Dr. McCurley is a native Texan with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country. He is the proud father of three children and lucky husband to his wife Wendy. He earned a degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. McCurley completed his Family Medicine residency in Waco and Sports Medicine fellowship in San Antonio.
As a Sports Medicine Physician, Dr. McCurley’s goal is to keep his patients on track to living an active, healthy life. From treatment of acute injuries in the young athlete to the management of painful joints in athletes who continue to compete into their retirement years, Dr. McCurley treats muscle, bone and joint injuries and conditions with a conservative, non-surgical approach.
As a Family Physician, Dr. McCurley enjoys caring for patients of all ages; from the first newborn appointment to adolescence and throughout adulthood. He is an advocate for his patients and strives to keep his patients engaged in their health.
Dr. McCurley enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, hunting, golf, most team sports, skiing, triathlon, gardening and auto mechanics. He is an active member at Currey Creek Church.

Kimberly is originally from Pampa, TX and graduated from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a degree in Communications.  She has lived in Boerne for 13 years and has 3 sons in BISD schools.  Quinn is a senior at Boerne High, Parker is a sophomore at Boerne High and Ashton is in 8th grade at Voss.  She owns her own medical device distributor company Sano Medical LLC and she also is a luxury travel advisor with bookitbox TRAVEL!  She serves on the Boerne Education Foundation board and the YoungLife committee.  When she isn't watching football games or cooking for 3 teenage boys, she is traveling or exploring the Hill Country. 

Stan Leech is currently serving in his 26th year as the Boerne ISD Athletic Director. Leech previously was the Head Boys Basketball Coach for Boerne High School from 1986-2008 and Boerne-Samuel V. Champion High School from 2008-2018. In 2021, Coach Leech was honored by the University Interscholastic League as one of the Top 100 Coaches during their 100-year anniversary. In 2022 and 2023, he was named the Region 8 Athletic Director of the Year. He will be inducted into the Texas Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame in May of 2025. Under his leadership, Boerne-Champion High School won the Lone Star Cup in 2011. Under his leadership, Boerne High School has won the coveted Dan Cook Cup 6 times and Boerne-Champion High School has won it 5 times.

Courtney Garrison is a Metro Director for Young Life in South Texas. With over 19 years experience working in various roles within the organization, she has had the opportunity to grow in building and leading teams, casting vision, and leading with intention and purpose. She oversees ministries in Boerne, and trains all staff in South Texas and the border. Young Life made a significant impact on Courtneys life as a highschool student at Clark HS and had influence on what she chose to pursue following her time getting her degree from Texas A&M University. Courtney is married to Brian, has 4 amazing children at Boerne High and North. Courtney knows that true leadership is the one who serves with humility. She sees incredible value in highschool and college aged students which is why she has spent her adult life investing in them. The focus of her work and family life is to engage in meaningful relationships that leave the people she invests in and loves, and the community she lives in, better than the way she found them.

Jerret Krouse is Executive Director, San Antonio Business Banking Group Manager at Texas Capital. He is responsible for leading a team of experienced bankers and building relationships in the San Antonio business community through offering a wide array of financial solutions crafted to meet clients’ unique needs.

Jerret joined Texas Capital in September 2022 as a Middle Market Team Lead. He was named Executive Director in March 2023 and in November 2023 he assumed his current role of San Antonio Business Banking Group Manager. Prior to Texas Capital, he served as Director of Client & Community Relations at PNC Bank where he managed sponsorship relationships, the local PNC foundation budget, employee engagement, volunteerism and client and prospect engagement activities. Before its acquisition by PNC Bank, Jerret served as a commercial relationship manager with BBVA, working with commercial entities and as a designated specialist for San Antonio government and institutional sectors. He began his career at Frost Bank where he served first as a credit analyst, then as a commercial relationship manager and public finance relationship manager.

Jerret earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and accounting and a Master of Public Administration at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He is a 2009 graduate of Leadership Corpus Christi and a 2009 honoree of Corpus Christi 40 Under 40. Jerret is a member of the Rotary Club of San Antonio, treasurer of the Champion Charger Athletic Booster Club, honorary commander of the Airforce 319th Training Squadron and assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scouts of America Troops 18 and 180. He has previously served on various boards across South Texas, including Goodwill Industries of South Texas, Corpus Christi Crime Stoppers, Corpus Christi Education Foundation, Corpus Christi Community Development Corporation and the Boys and Girls Club of Corpus Christi. Jerret holds General Lines Insurance licenses in Life, Accident, Health, HMO, Property and Casualty Insurance. 

James VandeBerg is an orthodontist and lives in Fair Oaks Ranch.  He has been married to his wife Lauren for 20 years and has three children who attend Boerne Champion, Boerne High School, and the Winston School of San Antonio.  Dr. VandeBerg grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Clark High School in 1997.  After high school, he attended Texas A&M University in College Station where he was involved in Student Government and met his future wife on the Parents’ Weekend Committee.  He attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas for four years and then spent three years doing his orthodontic residency at Saint Louis University.  After graduating in 2007, he and his family moved back to San Antonio to open his orthodontic practice.  Over the next 15 years, he expanded his business and has owned or managed over 20 dental offices all across the state and has a team of 60 employees.  In addition to running his business, Dr. VandeBerg has been a long-term volunteer at his church, served on the board and been the President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of San Antonio, and stays involved in many professional organizations.  When he’s not in the office, Dr. VandeBerg enjoys spending time with family, traveling, kayaking, running, baking, and making the occasional pancake video on Tik Tok.   

Josh grew up in London, England. After failing out of high school, he started coaching soccer in the north of England before moving to Thailand in 2008. He moved to Boerne a year later to work with Oak Hills Church and quickly fell in love with Texas. He graduated from Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2015 and started working for Young Life. He spent four years on staff in Victoria, TX before moving back to Boerne as the Area Director. After almost a decade with Young Life, Josh was ready for a career change and an opportunity to sell commercial insurance with Evolution Insurance Partners (EVO) was too good to turn down. In this role, Josh's focus is to help companies in the construction, transportation and oil and gas sectors with their risk management. 

Shannon Grenet serves as the Director Talent Strategy for USAA Real Estate. In her role, Shannon is responsible for providing strategic oversight for all talent acquisition functions, leading the diversity and inclusion strategies, and supporting talent management initiatives. Shannon joined USAA Real Estate in June of 2010. Shannon has over 16 years of Human Resources experience, encompassing talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, training, benefits and payroll.
