A native of San Antonio, Cliff Dugosh has spoken to thousands of individuals throughout Texas and a number of states in the past twenty eight years. Having done almost 1000 speeches with audiences that have ranged from third graders to corporate executives, Cliff has spoken all over Texas and has also delivered speeches in Chicago, New York, Seattle, Philadelphia, Nashville, San Diego, and numerous other cities.
With a passion for college students, he has spoken to students at Texas A&M University, the University of Texas in Austin, Stanford University, West Point, and the United States Air Force Academy. With a passion for high school students, he has spoken to thousands of teenagers all over Texas.
Cliff has a bachelor’s degree in health education and a master’s degree in adult education from Texas A&M University. Following graduation, Cliff was actively involved in educational affairs throughout San Antonio, having worked at John Marshall High School for almost ten years. Cliff was also very involved with high school students throughout the San Antonio area through church ministry and with Young Life.
From 1999-2006, Cliff served as the assistant director for leadership training and development for Texas A&M’s Memorial Student Center. In this capacity he worked with Texas A&M’s top student leaders.
For the past 24 summers, Cliff has volunteered as a counselor at Dream Street, a camp in southern California for children with life threatening or terminal illnesses. He was honored by San Antonio’s Northside Independent School District as its 2006 Pillar of Caring.

He served as Superintendent in several districts including rural, urban, property wealthy and property poor districts. He is currently Superintendent of Boerne ISD. Boerne ISD is a fast growth, high-preforming district 20 miles northwest of San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Price has been twice named a Regional Superintendent and was a State Finalist for Superintendent of the Year. Under Dr. Price’s leadership, three different districts were awarded the prestigious HEB Excellence in Education Award for the Best district in Texas.
Overcoming poverty and his own learning obstacles early in his education, Dr. Price earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, and his Master of Education and Doctorate of Education from Lamar University.

He attended dental school at Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas for four years and then spent three years doing his orthodontic residency at Saint Louis University. After graduating in 2007, he and his family moved back to San Antonio to open his orthodontic practice. Over the next 15 years, he expanded his business and has owned or managed over 20 dental offices all across the state and has a team of 60 employees. In addition to running his business, Dr. VandeBerg has been a long-term volunteer at his church, served on the board and been the President of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization of San Antonio, and stays involved in many professional organizations.
